Love my new Outback!! We were generally pleased with our car buying experience with Adam Smith and Dean Team Subaru. Adam is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells We were generally pleased with our car buying experience with Adam Smith and Dean Team Subaru. Adam is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells and helped in our decision to choose an a Outback instead of a Forester to better suit our needs. The delivery process could have been a little more efficient and organized, but otherwise our experience was a good one. Dustin in the business office was very helpful and efficient once we got that far. We would recommend Adam and Dean Team to family and friends. More

Delighted with 5 used cars bought here in the last 24 years! Each car was thoroughly checked and in top shape. 5 star experience I came to the dealership not completely sure what to expect since I've had bad experiences in the past with other dealerships. Jason greeted us righ I came to the dealership not completely sure what to expect since I've had bad experiences in the past with other dealerships. Jason greeted us right away and asked what he could help us with. I explained to him that my current vehicle was unreliable and potentially on the verge of breaking down. I won't go into complete detail, but let's just say he helped me more than I had expected. I walked away with a brand new 2014 VW Passat and I am extremely happy! I would definitely recommend Jason to anyone! He's knowledgeable and pay attention to the details you'd like in a car. Thank you so much Jason! You're the bomb dot com! Everything was explained in great detail and I always knew exactly what my options were. I went in having a pretty clear idea of what I was going to purchase but Mark did a great job making sure I knew the in's and out's of my new Forester. He was also great when it came time to get down to business and complete all the paperwork. I'm very happy with the overall experience that I received in house and in the days after my purchase. Each member of the Dean Team really have gone above and beyond to make sure I'm satisfied with my new vehicle.
