Our salesman Shawn was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He explained everything to us and answered all our questions. If he didn’t know the answer he researched it immediately. Michael Heermann is awesome! I was looking for a pre owned midsize SUV and had a few in mine. Within a few days i got a response back and was at the dealership test driving. As a young woman ti can be intimidating walking into a room full of mean who just see you as a sale but Mike was incredible. He did a great job covering details, the CarFax, and an other questions i had. The financing part was rushed (not his fault) but other than that I had a great experience and will be recommending to friends and family. More
