Dean Team Subaru responded

I am not sure about your review, I never had any dealings with you or with this vehicle and from I was told by Eric the service manager he did try to call you back and even sent you an email to discuss this issue with you. Also I was told the car never left the lot and the A/C was taken care of right away as we admitted to making a mistake by not filling it up. There was no repair order written on the A/C charge as it was our fault and we took care of it. I do apologize for the inconvenience this caused but with all the aftermarket parts that were installed we had to get approval from Subaru to warranty this engine and then had to wait for you to approve the repairs which took some time to get done.
