Nick at Dean Team Volkswagen was absolutely amazing to work with! When I say he went above and beyond, I mean he went 800miles beyond! He drove all the way to Texas to pick myself and my 2 kids up to make work with! When I say he went above and beyond, I mean he went 800miles beyond! Kat could be the least informed and trustworthy car salesperson I have ever dealt with. She had no clue about most of the features including the tow hitch connector on the VW she sold me. She allowed a salesperson I have ever dealt with. She had no clue about most of the features including the tow hitch connector on the VW she sold me. She allowed a vehicle with over $4000 in body damage and a disabling check engine light to be loaded on a delivery truck and sent 2170 miles to New England. In the end, after filing Attorney General complaints in Missouri and New England, she and the ace Dean Team returned all my money and my trade in. I guess that earns 1/2 star. Not recommended. More

Kathleen is smart, efficient and and when you work with her, it’s clear she cares about the customer experience.
