Once I found the car that I wanted, Nick made the deal happen by listening, addressing all my concerns, and going to bat for me to help stay as close to my budget as possible. To be honest, Nick had some help from Shelby Diepenbrock from the finance department. She was patient with all of my questions, made sure to take great care with pulling my credit, and gave me a fair assessment of all the products Dean Team Volkswagen offered in order to help me find what made sense for me.
