$600 for a rear shock replacement is a rip off. Also asking to replace tires that do not fail inspection is not good practice. More

Thank you for your feedback. We take pricing very seriously and regularly compare our rates with local competitors. The rear shock replacement was quoted at $535 total, including installation and tax; for comparison, a local Repair location quoted $680 for a single shock. Tire replacement was recommended based on visible wear and safety considerations, even though the tires did not fail inspection. All recommendations are optional, and our goal is always to be transparent and fair. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss this further—please feel free to contact our management team directly.
