Initially brought my car in two weeks ago for a state inspection and dealing with a check-engine light being on. Additional work was suggested that I agreed needed to be done as it is an older car. Upon inspection and dealing with a check-engine light being on. Additional work was suggested that I agreed needed to be done as it is an older car. Upon picking up the car saw the check-engine light still active. Notified Mark Beury who investigated and explained what happened and apologized, then stated that I could bring it back and cause of check-engine light would be diagnosed at no cost which I thought was fair and appreciated that Mark did not try to coverup the mistake. Mark found a time slot for the service and work was completed. Mark also offered an additional discount for the inconvenience which was appreciated. The lease buyout on my Lexus contract was $25,508 but they said Toyota gave them ~$25,770 & Mitchell said he could not change it. I was not expecting to pay over 260 more than the set in stone lease buyout. Also he orginally told me the safety inspection would be 100 the 1st call zi had with him; then he wasn’t sure and said it would be between 150 and 170 and charged me 158 for a 3 yr old car that was recently inspected by Lexus. I want a refund for being charged 260+ for the lease buyout especially since I was well under my allowed mileage. More
