Spent twice the amount of time there than needed or advertised by the sales rep when picking up pre-ordered car, with kids. Car was not available to be seen prior to buying it. Mason and team are transparent, easy to work with, and there didn't seem to be many games. I worked primarily remotely from NYC to buy the vehicle and we lined everything up before hand.
