Del Toyota revire I had scheduled my car to be serviced at 9 am. Rather than wait I dropped the car off the night before. When I dropped the car off the service perso I had scheduled my car to be serviced at 9 am. Rather than wait I dropped the car off the night before. When I dropped the car off the service person asked if there was a time that I wanted to pick up the car. I stated by 3 pm. At 3 pm I received a call stating that upon inspection my car needed brakes. I agreed to the additional service and they then told me my car wouldn’t be done until 5. If I had a 9 am appointment why did they wait until the time I had asked to pick up the vehicle to discover I needed additional work? This should have been done with the 9 am appt. I also asked for my spare key to get a new battery because the car would not start with it. A new battery was installed but then I was told that the spare key must have become deprogrammed from the car and it would cost $110 to reprogram it? Since the key has been on a hook and not used I don’t understand how it became deprogrammed and why I have to pay to correct this. More

Waste of time. Would rather go else where. Waste of time. Took my car their for new tires and an alignment and they mount one of the tires the wrong way out. Also didnt print alignment sheet out so no idea if it even was aligned properly. Service writters that i delt with where very rude rude and inconsiderate of the tech mistakes. The whole ordeal felt very unprofessional. Took 2 seporate attempts on 2 seporate days to get things corrected and one problem would lead to the next. Tech busted my cam tabs on my lower control arms and never decided to inform me till i had called the next day about the issue. Took alot of time out of my day to have these issues corrected. Wont be coming back. Il spend my money else where. Next car wont be a toyota simply because of the incompitance shown by your dealership. Thanks for the experience. More

I had always felt that mom and pop shops were the way to go for auto service but, after my positive experiences with Del, I have no reason or plans to go elsewhere. More

The people I talked to on the phone were disrespectful and obviously weren’t listening to what I was saying. First time dropping off didn’t know where to drop off so I called explain where I dropped the car off explained it wasn’t there then got a phone call saying it was at the drop off spot where I did not know about it and I explained earlier to two other people where I dropped my car off. After 3 phone calls and speaking to probably three different people they found my car... where I told them it was. I was polite but after the third call I had enough. Then my husband picks the car up and has to deal with the lady behind the desk being disrespectful. NEVER AGAIN. I would not recommend the service department to anyone and I am happy to say I am never taking any of my vehicles there again. More
