Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating it can be when a concern isn’t easily resolved, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify. You requested to speak directly with Toyota’s software engineering team, and we explained that this is not something customers or dealerships are permitted to do. Toyota engineers do not take direct calls or requests. Instead, we must follow established diagnostic and support procedures. In this case, we have followed those procedures; however, since we were unable to verify or duplicate the concern, the issue could not be escalated further to engineering. That said, we did escalate your concern through the appropriate internal channels, involving both Toyota’s Technical Support team and our Toyota Field Technician. We also offered the option to contact Toyota Customer Relations directly at (800) 331-4331 if you would like to provide additional feedback or request further review. We remain committed to supporting you and will continue to assist in any way we can within the structure Toyota has in place. Sincerely, Del Toyota Team
