Im sure this is a blanket response but that being said you call me! I’ve left the message with service manager as stated in my review. I’ve given ample amount of time for a return phone call before leaving this review. Since November of 2011 I’ve purchase two limited 4 runners and four loaded tundras. My service experience started going down hill with my 2017 tundra and now my 2020 tundra is worse. This is in no way shape or form a ding on Jack in service he’s truly the best, accommodating and does all he can to make it a pleasant experience.
