Had already given a lengthy response to the survey. In short, I have bought 2 SUVs, Sorentos at DELAND Kia Florida, not NJ where I live about 6 months in a year. Reason being, “I am made to feel like In short, I have bought 2 SUVs, Sorentos at DELAND Kia Florida, not NJ where I live about 6 months in a year. Reason being, “I am made to feel like an individual by my Service Consultant, Derrick Kus! He is an Asset to Kia, being Helpful, Patient, & Knowledgeable. Was very happy to learn my SUV was taken for a TEST DRIVE, in order to address my concerns with the brakes. Also there for my Maintenance, Oil Change, etc.as well as a recall, rear camera problem, to the well-run (organized) service department due to the manager Mr Snoke. I was also offered a shuttle Van ride to my home & called in a timely manner when Service was complete. As mentioned in a previous survey, hopefully received, I am a 77 young lady who has owned many cars, about ever 5 Years, since I started driving at the young age of 16 and THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT is above all the rest. The lady in the front when i arrived was rude. Due to my appt time was at 12 and she said her paper told her 2:30 and i needed to wait when i drove an 1 hr and 30mins. When i showed her my appointment confirmation email she had the nerve to say well my paper says 2:30. I requested a manger she went inside came back outside and said they will take your car now. Then i had to wait for another hour to get checked out because she claimed the guy who needed to check me out was on break. When it was time for me to check out. She landed checking me out. Deland kia has been doing the bare minimum and when i tell them they mess something up excuses and run around comes. Its getting really annoying and aggravating after a long drive i truly wish to change. More
