The service techs discovered a serious issue during a routine service visit. It took a couple of days to get the part but I was provided a loaner car in the meantime. The repairs were completed under wa routine service visit. It took a couple of days to get the part but I was provided a loaner car in the meantime. Great Dealership,Great Service Department, Very much not satisfied with my purchase of new Kia Soul, Wife is very happy with her new vehicle but I am not happy with getting far less than trade-in value on m satisfied with my purchase of new Kia Soul, Wife is very happy with her new vehicle but I am not happy with getting far less than trade-in value on my 2019 Kia Rio, I did learn a valuable lesson out of this purchase, always do research on your trade-in value before you purchase a new car,equity of less than the monthly payment is not satisfactory, never depend on the salesman to do the right thing, depend only on yourself and your research, I blame no one but myself for this but it will never happen again.
