Great Dealership,Great Service Department, Very much not satisfied with my purchase of new Kia Soul, Wife is very happy with her new vehicle but I am not happy with getting far less than trade-in value on m satisfied with my purchase of new Kia Soul, Wife is very happy with her new vehicle but I am not happy with getting far less than trade-in value on my 2019 Kia Rio, I did learn a valuable lesson out of this purchase, always do research on your trade-in value before you purchase a new car,equity of less than the monthly payment is not satisfactory, never depend on the salesman to do the right thing, depend only on yourself and your research, I blame no one but myself for this but it will never happen again. More

Great dealership. I stopped in at 2:00 for service and the dealership was packed. I had a service appointment for 2:00. Matt Rettinger was extremely knowledgeable about our car. . He seem to be well trained.... He took time before we left and explained all the car funtions and how they worked..... This is my 3rd car from DeLand Kia, Daniel was our salesman and he was awesome! Let me know when my car was arriving (in transit) and then made the whole deal easy. Michael helped us set up the Bluetooth in my new car(im not that tech savy!)Always have great service here,they even do my husband's oil changes on his ram truck. Very happy and would definitely recommend deland kia to anybody wanting a great car and an easy buying process. More
