As a young female first time buyer, I felt pretty cautious about the stereotypical "car dealership" experience, going so far as to bring my dad and boyfriend in as back up, but I never needed that. Everyone at the dealership was direct and honest, no shady dealings at all. Charlene really did a great job making me feel welcomed to the Kia family, and I look forward to future business with Deland Kia for all of my future service trips and for another car when the time comes.
