Luis Otero is the man! Had the pleasure doing business with this gentleman. I contacted him because of a co-worker reference and I immediately feel at ease with him. The first thing he told me was we’re gotta treat you like family and indeed it was like that. Spent a couple of hours at the dealership and it was the easiest transaction I ever had in 13 years living in Florida.
