However, the Service Department has always provided great customer service, so, we came back to try once more to purchase a new Cadillac at this dealership. Initially, we were again not happy with the Sales Department. We were not greeted as we walked in or even asked what brought us in that day. We came back for a test drive of the CT6 and that is when we met Joe. Immediately we were impressed with his product knowledge and his customer focus. Joe was extremely easy to work with and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new Cadillac. Joe took us on a great test drive which really showed off the car. We had an extensive list of "must haves" for our new car and Joe was able to find us the right car. More

They contacted me with plenty of time to make the lease end decisions and to select a new vehicle. They worked closely with my wife and I regarding the pricing and even went so far as to beat another deal that was offered to us to keep the pricing in our budget.. They were thorough in explaining the features of the new vehicle including the vehicle service plan.
