Made an Appointment for service and ask for the rear brake right side to be checked. Dropped truck off received a call that Dellen didn't have one of the filters (you would assume that they would have c brake right side to be checked. Dropped truck off received a call that Dellen didn't have one of the filters (you would assume that they would have checked with parts prior to the appointment [3 days]) so it would not be ready at noon. When i asked about the brake noise was told, I could make an appointment to have that checked.?????? That was brought up when the appointment for oil change was made. I will have the brake issue looked at else where. More

Had my car for 5 working days, no communication. Two things, my dashboard lights were going in and out and my car overheating when idling. Tried calling Chuck when Kyle wouldn't return my call and he didn't call me back either. I wasn't charged which makes me think my car wasn't even looked at. Looking at buying another vehicle, but not from Dellen. More
