Stated this information. Was extremely impressed the speed the dealership got back to me. I greatly appreciate their understanding that I can’t deal with this right now. In the last couple days I was involved in an accident on rear quarter panel. I was hit by an individual with no drivers license no insurance and didn’t speak English and as soon as I got home, I discovered my refrigerator was shot. xxxx of an end to a week vacation with the grand kids. I have purchased multiple vehicles through this dealership and the sales department is easy to do business with. However, the service department and their means of diagnostics is not only flawed bu dealership and the sales department is easy to do business with. However, the service department and their means of diagnostics is not only flawed but detrimental to customer satisfaction, which is why we are all in business. The dealership, along with the stellantis field representative, decided to not make factory warranty repairs to my vehicle based on photographs. My car has been at that dealership for almost two months Nothing has been done and once posting a poor google review, I have now been asked to come pick the car up as the dealership now will no longer service the vehicle. The failure of the covered components on this vehicle did so on their own accord without any outside influence, and they are refusing to make those repairs. Despite that fact, it remains a sad day in automotive history when you can purchase a great car at the dealership, take pristine care of it, and then when something fails, have someone tell you that your car will not be repaired. Manufacturer's powertrain coverage is there to repair your powertrain in the provided time frame, which this vehicle remains in. Consumers should be very wary about this service department at this dealership. Don't make the assumption that just because your vehicle has warranty coverage from the factory that a dealership will even remotely honor that agreement. I would not recommend using this dealership to spend your hard earned money on. The experience has not been positive as a whole. Furthermore, I was advised directly by Dodge/Stellantis, to take my vehicle to another more qualified dealership, so as to perform an expert diagnosis to better understand the point of failure to move the process of repairing into the warranty coverage.
