Not very helpful. People are nice but do not fix issues with your vehicle. Will probably start taking my vehicle to another dealer. Courtney, Jarrett and Alli made purchasing my car a breeze. Courtney found me a vehicle as the ordered one was causing an issue by taking too long to be built and delivered. She arranged delivery righ breeze. Courtney found me a vehicle as the ordered one was causing an issue by taking too long to be built and delivered. She arranged delivery right away and even had contact with me on her day off. Jarrett had the car detailed and looking great at the promised date and time. He spent a lot of time explaining the options and even set some of them for me. He is very courteous and patient answering questions. Alli had the paperwork prepared and ready to sign. She explained everything and offered all of the possible options in a relaxed and calm manner. This was the most pleasant vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. These excellent employees of Dellen Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Greenfield, Indiana definitely deserve to be recognized and rewarded for their outstanding work. They need to be kept on the payroll there! More
