Very slow process getting customers into F&I. Especially for a cash deal. Also I was sent a survey 7 times and received a call from the dealership at 8:30pm asking me to answer a few questions ab Especially for a cash deal. I find it very disrespectful to call someone after 5/6pm after hours to ask about a survey. I probably would not do business with delray Buick again. Vehicle is great. More
