Sales man Robert Sengelmann was excellent in helping to get our deal done. Its very difficult for me to spend hour upon hour at a dealership due to my disabilities. Robert found the car that fit with our get our deal done. Its very difficult for me to spend hour upon hour at a dealership due to my disabilities. Robert found the car that fit with our budget he worked with me over the phone to take care of most of the details. Once at the dealership just take a look at the Encore GX make sure it was what we wanted then finish the rest of the financing. So we were out in a couple of hours and very happy. Awesome service! Made an out of state customer extremely happy. I work at a dealership and know how it can be. The Maserati had a wrap and was nervous it wasn’t going to be as good of a job as they said, bu happy. I work at a dealership and know how it can be.
