Delray Buick GMC.. best car buying experience flat out. Felix Gutierrez was extremely helpful from the moment I walked up. Knew what I was coming for from the jump, he walked up with the keys in hand. Very Felix Gutierrez was extremely helpful from the moment I walked up. Knew what I was coming for from the jump, he walked up with the keys in hand. Very informational throughout the process for being the ‘new salesman’ but it certainly didn’t feel like it. Definitely didn’t feel pressured or rushed at all, and was also very very patient throughout as I asked a million and two questions. Even Orlando Lopez the manager made sure I was going to be happy with my Silverado as it was my first big buy checking in frequently and working his best to get me the best deals possible being a college student.. Greg Budd really made me feel comfortable with my purchase after going over the numbers and being EXTREMELY informational, really kept me at ease which was awesome. Even after the sale and I took her home Felix still kept in touch and was very helpful when i asked about a couple touch ups and they took care of all that for me so it’s cool to see how much they care about their clients even after everything is said an done, definitely happy with my Silverado and with the service !!
