I have been leasing cars since 2004, and now Like all of us, I totally dislike shopping for a new car! But, thanks to Alex Sky, this was a pleasure! I have been leasing cars since 2004, and now I’ve decided to go back to owning my vehicle. My last leased vehicle was a 2016 Ford Edge Sport. I was hoping to get a new one this time around, but, nothing ever goes as we would like. I had searched almost all of the local Ford dealers, but was unable to find what I wanted, for the price area that I had set for this new vehicle. Then I was talking with a neighbor that had just purchased a one year old vehicle with very low mileage. What a great idea I thought. So I started my search online with all the Ford dealers, there was nothing that met my high standards. Until I found Delray Buick GMC. When I walked into the used car building I was greeted as if I was the most special person in the world. I was introduced to Alex and we hit it off right away. He wasn’t like any other car salesman that I’ve ever met before. His personality was pleasant and calming. I told him which vehicle I saw online and off we went for the test drive. It was a used 2019 GMC Terrain Denali. It was a beautiful vehicle, but too small for me compared to what I had been driving. I left a little disappointed, but went back 2 days later to look and see what else was there. I really didn’t pay much attention to what was out front when I walked inside. I started talking to Alex and look out the window, and there was the vehicle that I knew would be my next ride home. A white 2018 Buick Enclave Premium. Out we went for the test drive and I was immediately sold on this vehicle. No questions, other than, how much? I was extremely happy that we didn’t have to go through the usual car buying dance. We worked out the price details quickly, and the only decision that I had to make was did I want any other upgrades. Fir the first time I wasn’t harassed about getting all the unnecessary things that I didn’t want. They asked, I declined some, kept others and we were off to sign the paperwork. I must admit, I must thank David Lyons, the Used Car Manager, and Mike Rossi the Finance Manager for helping make this one of the most pleasant car buying experiences of my lifetime. I have 2 adult sons that will be visiting Delray Buick GMC for their next vehicle purchase. Thanks again Alex for making this a FUN experience! More

We were looking for a truck and ended up leaving with a new truck AND brand new SUV for my fiancé. You can tell when dealers genuinely care and when they’re just flat out ripping you off and trying to get a sale. Alex was never pushy and he was always so reassuring. He felt like family the way he guided us and wouldn’t let us get ripped off whether it be there or another dealership. We’re so happy with our purchases and the way everything was handled. I found the most beautiful *customized* 2019 GMC Terrain which I absolutely fell in love with but didn’t think was really possible to even consider. Fast forward 24 hours and I’m literally in my dream car! Alex was the absolute BEST! So honest, so reassuring, and just so kind. Never did he feel pushy...I told him my terms and what I was working with, and he made it happen. I am just so happy and pleased with my whole experience, Alex is simply the best! It’s been one week now and my husband and I couldn’t be happier. Dave and Alex didn’t pressure us when we wanted to leave to think about our purchase overnight. I highly respect that and it was clear that he respected us and our decisions. He also made sure our truck had what we needed before we left. Alex was patient and kind with us and I learned a lot from him about the vehicle buying process. He pretty much held my hand through the process- he was even doing final cleaning touches personally in the heat when we came in to sign papers.
