When walked in and we were greeted warmly and offered refreshments. Our Product Specialist Alex was knowledgeable, personable, and courteous. He listened to what we were looking for in a vehicle and helped us sort through the vehicles to find which best matched our needs and wants. He was a no pressure sales person with concerns only that we should be matched with the vehicle we wanted and not trying to sell us on something we didn't want or need. Alex took us on test drives with the vehicles we requested and offered us options when we were initially unsure of the vehicles we wanted to try. He gave clear instructions and explanations of the features I was interested in as well as others that I was not aware to ask about. His guidance and knowledge of the vehicles was very helpful in our decision making process. We completed the transaction effortlessly as he had everything set up for us as we asked. The paperwork was completed smoothly thanks to his efforts and and those of the John the finance manager who was also knowledgeable in his field. Both explained their respective areas so there were little or no questions that needed to be asked. Additionally, Alex has called us at home to find out if we have any further questions or concerns and if there was anything else he could do to help us with the vehicle. He made it clear that he is available at the dealership or by cell phone should we need to contact him about any other questions or things related to the car. He was an absolute pleasure to work with! We had a very smooth and pleasurable experience.... Oh yeah, we love the car! 2019 Buick Encore Sport, rides nicely and it's just the right size for me!
