Beep! Beep! I love my Buick Encore I didn't think of ever getting a new car again because my 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe was still in excellent condition and had low mileage. And it has been a long time since I went into a car dealership. Who wants to bicker with the proverbial car salesman! But Delray Buick surprised me. They made it easy to say yes or no, to pick a red car over a blue car and when it came to the paperwork, they did it all including my new registration. The Buick Encore brought me into the showroom and after seeing one in a parking lot, I was convinced it was the right size SUV for me. I looked at theToyota Rav 4 and a Honda CR-V. Neither had the classy look the Encore has. Delray Buick made it easy for me to trade in my old car for a new Encore and there wasn’t any hard sell. In fact, it was rather pleasant experience to spend a morning at the dealership. My salesperson, Dan, explained every option on a new 2019 Encore available plus found one in the color I preferred, the Winterberry Red. He even stayed later than his normal work hours to give me a lesson on all the new hi tech features in the car and set my preferences for me. I didn’t touch that screen for two weeks! But as Dan said, the more I use the new hi tech features, the more comfortable I would feel. Overall, buying a car at Delray Beach Buick was truly a pleasant experience - not what I expected. Free car washes, free coffee and doughnuts and a pancake breakfast keeps me coming back to Delray Buick. It is a nice relationship. Trust me. Stop in for yourself and find out. More
