Best experience I've EVER had buying a vehicle new or used!! I went to just test drive a Buick Encore- I've seen them on the road, and it was best looking smaller SUV that I've seen.....From the time I walked in I went to just test drive a Buick Encore- I've seen them on the road, and it was best looking smaller SUV that I've seen.....From the time I walked in just to look around I felt so comfortable and not bombarded with people running up to me trying to sell me a car....The girl at the front desk was polite and accommodating - she referred me to a young man (Jonathan Russell) he was so knowledgeable and not pushy at all! And he was so polite!! He pulled out my color preference we took a ride and I was wowed!! (And sold!) I left came home to consult with my son and brought my friend back with me , we then dealt with Jonathan and John Catalano! Such an amazing experience ! I felt like family -not pressured and hardly any haggling ! I love those guys! It was actually fun ! I can not say I've ever felt that way about buying a vehicle!! I will tell everyone I know to go there and ask for these two gentleman! Yay!!!! Thank you guys ! I'm so happy and I love my little truck!!!!!! More
