The car was mine until the finance guy called me and I was at my bank lining up my loan. As soon as he heard I wasn't using you for financing you killed my deal. I didn't even get a call, just a text saying, sorry, we sold the car. Didn't say what dealership or even why. So rude, so unethical and downright wrong. More

Great sales experience I left another dealership because I was completely ignored for over an hour, I went to Delray Buick GMC and as soon as we pulled into the dealership I I left another dealership because I was completely ignored for over an hour, I went to Delray Buick GMC and as soon as we pulled into the dealership I felt my stress drop away. When we entered the show room we were greeted and offered refreshments. The person at the reception desk made sure we were appointed a salesperson. Dexter greeted us with a smile and was very charismatic. He asked me what I was looking for and 15 minutes later I was test driving the specific style and color I was looking for. The whole process after was a bit lengthy(financing) but I contributed it to being Black Friday. all in all it was the best experience I’ve had when purchasing a new vehicle .
