Knowledgeable and professional sales and service My daughter and I came into the dealership to have our previous car (an old Saturn Vue) serviced a few weeks ago and whilst waiting we looked at the n My daughter and I came into the dealership to have our previous car (an old Saturn Vue) serviced a few weeks ago and whilst waiting we looked at the new Buick Regal. Dan Fielder looked briefly at finance options (lease and purchase), gave us an unbiased opinion about the car and its features, allowed my daughter a test drive, and let us know that we could come back when ready. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no pressure whatsoever to buy, and Mr. Fielder is down-to-earth and friendly, and got to know us as people rather than just buyers. We came back a few weeks later to view the car again and since our old car had developed another fault, we decided to trade it in. He assessed the car and gave us a fair trade-in price, and we decided to lease the Buick. The whole leasing process was handled very professionally, Mr. Fielder answered our questions, there was a quick assessment of finance and he went through the Apple Buick app with my daughter and had it set up within a couple of hours. After this, Tony Eroglu went through the financial aspects in a clear and concise manner and arranged the best but most economical options for us. He was knowledgeable and answered our questions clearly, and his charm and wit made the finance, which I normally dread, into a very pleasant experience. I would also like to mention William Jackson from the service staff, who has patiently dealt with our old Saturn Vue. Mr. Jackson is very knowledgeable and helpful, and I feel sure that the maintenance of my new car will be in good hands. GMC are not only dealers, but also have very competent mechanics who know the cars, engines and drives inside out and where there is a particularly complex issue they will communicate directly with the GM plant in Detroit. Overall, highly recommended - I have been to several dealerships and GMC Delray stands out way beyond anything I have experienced before. More
