We had an unpleasant experience with our previous car dealer who wouldn't even speak to me because I was a woman (he only wanted to deal with my husband). Those guys lost our business forever. A friend of ours recommended that we travel to Delray Buick GMC because they had better customer service than the dealer closer to us. So glad we listened! We walked in and were immediately greeted by the front desk, as well as Anthony Lanzaro. He was polite, friendly, and never once tried to mislead us or act pushy. I like straight-forward, honest people who won't mess around, and we definitely got that with Anthony. We even had our toddler with us, which is an added stress for parents, but they were so generous and really treated her like she was a client too :) We ended up doing a deal with him and couldn't be happier with our decision. It was a great process and experience for us, and we will definitely take advantage of the service for members. We will also be back soon when it's time for a new vehicle for my husband.
