MADE BUYING A CAR FUN AGAIN!! I went down to Ft. Lauderdale for a week to visit my best friend whom lives down there. (I live in Hilton Head SC) while I was down there, I started l I went down to Ft. (I live in Hilton Head SC) while I was down there, I started looking at cars because my Ford Focus just wasn't cutting it (6'4" 260 retired college football player) so I was looking for something comfortable and roomy. I went to several dealerships around the Ft lauderdale/ Miami area and they were all trying to screw me over. One even said they don't sell cars that are registered out of state. Needless to say, I was about over it. I decided to look a little north where there is more classier dealerships. I called Delray Buick GMC and Mr. George Deeb answered the phone. After about 2 minutes on the phone with Mr. George, I could tell this was the right dealership. So I made the 1 hour drive to check it out as a last ditch effort. I pulled up and they had the car detailed and parking right out front for me. I fell in love sight on seen. I had to make it mine! Most beautiful Cadillac ATS I have ever seen in my life. So I called my own company that I had my current car financed with. They wouldn't finance the car for me. I spent 3 hours of my time only to be disappointed... little to my knowledge, they had reached out to their own lenders in a last ditch effort. They also lowerd the asking price on the car and gave me the most money for my trade in (way more than any other dealership offered). They worked their hardest to get me the Cadillac I fell in love with. The amount of respect they showed me through out the whole process is unbelievable. They honestly made buying a car fun again!! Even after they sold me the car, there was a minor confusion with a spare tire, and they went out of their way while I'm 500 miles away to take care of it. Just a 100% incredible experience, would recommend to anyone. And believe me, I'm not one to do reviews More

Follow-up to my poor review yesterday The first call from the dealer today came from the Sales Manager. The Sales Manager told me he had no knowledge of my problem, the delay in registeri The first call from the dealer today came from the Sales Manager. The Sales Manager told me he had no knowledge of my problem, the delay in registering my vehicle or the fact that i was calling and complaining. I explained that this was an even more serious matter since his people were intentionally keeping my problem from him. Not a good administrative practice. I told him I still wanted to speak with the General manager, He called later and left a voice mail message saying that the license tag delay, now four months old, was caught in a transition. Shortly after he left his message i returned his call. It was about 12:30PM. He was out of the office but Vanessa, the receptionist said she would give him the message. It is now 9:04PM and i did not receive a return call. He did address the license tag issue in his voice mail. He said they were working on getting me the license tag. I don't expect to hear from him. He knew how disturbed i was with his performance and the performance of his staff that i would expect him to make my return call a priority. Not the case. Maybe the complaint I filed with the Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicle department will bring about some action. More

Following the test drive, each question i had was answered promptly, and I was satisfied that my wife would be interested in returning with me the next day to see if we could negotiate a deal. A big thanks to Alex Sotelo and Allan Oliveira for getting us into a great car at a great price. Having worked in the automobile business years ago, I am generally suspicious of auto sales personnel; but Alex was very friendly, helpful, and honest. We did not feel pressured at any time, and (during the entire process) the sales team was always there to answer any of our questions or concerns The sales & finance team negotiated with us on our trade & down-payment, and got us a great deal on our new SUV. We couldn't be happier, and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle. More

I researched for months to identify the right vehicle at the right price, which I happened to find at Delray Buick GMC. I walked in to the dealership a few hours before closing and had the good fortune to meet Jeff Knox. I told him what I was looking for and minutes later we were on our test drive. Upon our return to the showroom I braced for the inevitable negotiations dance. It never came. Jeff was straightforward with me and in no time I had the vehicle I came for at a price I was very happy with. When the time comes to trade in my wife's car I'm coming right back to Jeff for the simple fact that he took care of me. The process was quick and professional from start to finish with no games or gimmicks. More
