Great first impression. To start off I believe my experience there was too good to be true. I've never bought a car from a dealership, mainly because of all the bad mouthing To start off I believe my experience there was too good to be true. I've never bought a car from a dealership, mainly because of all the bad mouthing from everyone, but buying from Delray Buick was very satisfying. I spent most of my day Saturday dealership hopping and first the place I stopped at didn't even give me the time of day, probably due to my age, and the second place wasn't any better. I got Buick and GMC and was meandering looking at a Verano i believe, i was actually looking for a Regal CXL, and here comes Stephanie checking to see if anybody was helping me. Sure at first i thought "Well here comes the shark to attack", but even after telling her the normal "I'm just looking today" spiel, she was dying to find me the right car even though I didn't even know what I wanted. After a couple test drives that same day I was sold on a 2012 Buick Regal GS, but I didn't want to be one of those people that buys the first car he thinks is great. I told Steph that i would be back the next day, she set up an appointment and I left. Next day I went to two dealers that are regarded amongst friends and family, both were waists of time due to the fact that they wanted to sell me cars that had none of the features I wanted or that were just in a different genre altogether. So I went back to Delray Buick and went through the tedious paperwork ,which is normal, and even that was a blast. Steph answered every question i could throw at her and not a single one was dumb in her book. They even got us pizza and hot chocolate. Nothing but good things to say about Delray Buick GMC, and I absolutely LOVE my Regal GS. More

I had never experienced the purchase of a vehicle going so smoothly. Everyone in the department acknowledged my presence in such a friendly manner. Leon found the perfect make, model and color of Buick I had been searching for. Mike worked diligently on a Sunday to get the financing done. On Tuesday, papers were signed, Leon demonstrated every feature on the Enclave, and I drove away still amazed by my entire experience with Delray Buick GMC...while also enjoying country music on the SiriusXM stations Leon preset for me! GMC truck owners beware I came in for a 25 dollar oil change and tire pressure check ( 2009 GMC Sierra truck which I bought new.) with a coupon they sent me ,,,They were c I came in for a 25 dollar oil change and tire pressure check ( 2009 GMC Sierra truck which I bought new.) with a coupon they sent me ,,,They were courteous and at took me in right away ... Then after 30 minutes the service man came in and said that I need to have various fluid level changed and checked and showed me a estimate for $805 dollars,,, Not sure but I was schocked or went into OMG mode...They said i needed to top off gear fluid and various other levels and change fluids with only 36,500 miles on odometer..I recently had my truck checked in Greenwich, Ct. I knew mostly all was ok except for engine oil which needed to be changed..I settled for brake fluid change, and coolant flush, and New coolant.. Total was now $347 dollars,,Still outrageous ..and they agreed to top of all gear fluids..( was not reflected in bill) I did get a 15 dollar coupon discount but total labor was $183 dollars , brake fluid and oils $118..I never had any problems with this truck and most of my miles are highway miles and I do very little towing, My 5500 pound sailboat and 2500 pound trailer twice a year about 30 miles each years.,, My point and most know that after warranty you simply cannot go to a dealer for above reasons,,,!!! IF I were GMC they should get out of Truck bsuiness because if you bring in a perfectly good running truck in near mint condition and get handed an $805 estimated bill, WOW can you imagine if i had serious problems what my bill would be.. Previouly in 2014 I came in for balancing my tires, on my GMC truck with only 18,000 miles but the service man said they cannot be balanced due to minor cracking lines on sidewalls which they referred to as dry rot...OMG the first time,,I agreed to buying a new set of tires for $900 dollars,, In my opinion I thought the tries were fine and its not uncommon for truck tires to show a little cracking on firewalls due to large size of tires and also rather a common problem with Japaneese rubber compounds...2 times I have come into this dealer and gotten a huge bill which makes me question what is going on with their service pricing .....Moral !! Owner beware and if you are off warranty you really need to go elsewhere ..and may explain why so many are distrustful of Dealers in this country ..In case of need my other car is a 2005 Audi A4 Quatrro Avant wagon, 6spd manual with 1.8 engine, 125, 000 miles Only cost was a mandaotry timing change at 85,000 miles , ( 650 dollars ) and new tires ( 65,000 miles...) P6 tires are great ($750) Otherwise car is perfect and most likely will easily make it to 200,000 miles, On highway this A4 gets 36 mpg and has far superior 4 wheel driving to anything else I have owned including my GMC Sierra , but then again My truck can pull 9000 pounds. I recomend this truck to anyone but keep in mind its a 2009 with V8, 5.3 ,, I average around 17 MPG More
