I entered delray buick to see what they had in my price range.i was directed to jeff young for assistance.over the next several hours we negotiated se I entered delray buick to see what they had in my price range.i was directed to jeff young for assistance.over the next several hours we negotiated several different matters including price @cars.jeff was very courteous and under standing.he got one of the mgrs. when it came to closing the deal.we went back and forth on different matters.he gave a little and I gave a little.my wife and my self were very satisfied with the end result.i left a deposit and returned the next dayand payed for the car.after we took title we were led to a cust service person named j.c.he went over the final and explained their service contract andour rites .they lfet a little gift and we left satisfied.the quality of the service and the way we left was satisfying.i would recommend this dealership to anyone lucking to buy a buick.ps we purchased a buick veranno yours truly George @patrica baker More

A very satisfactory experience. My Husband & I decided to shop for a car to replace our Buick La Crosse, which was leased. We went to a Cadillac Dealer, a Lincoln Dealer and then to My Husband & I decided to shop for a car to replace our Buick La Crosse, which was leased. We went to a Cadillac Dealer, a Lincoln Dealer and then to Delray Buick GMC. While each of the dealers we went to were very nice, Buick was exceptional. Robert Sengelmann was staightforward and clear in his dealing with our situation. He worked with Jean Carlos Kent to give us the best price, We now have a beautiful new La Crosse. Excellent people I got my new GMC Terrain on lease from this dealership and I must say that Robert is the best sales man I would like to work with in the future. always look behind door number 3 went to the dealership on a whim after going to 3 others. I was looking at the buick Verona an gmc terrain. while negotiating a deal on the Verona my salesman went to copy some papers an it wander around the showroom I stumble across a crimson red regal but unfortunately it was sold .but the y happen to have a twin on the lot., the initial monthly price was out of my price range but with a little give on my part an lot of take on there part, ww arrived at a price that I could afford my salesman really went to bat to makle the car affordible More
