Down to earth dealership After dealing with 4 other dealerships that day, finally arriving at Delray Honda made me wonder why I didn't just start there. Dustin went out of his way to make sure the exact model car I wanted was actually on the property before I drove 45 minutes to come see it. Christhian made the entire buying experience easy and bearable. Then the next day, after I went home with my brand new Honda Civic EX, Dustin made sure to contact me to let me know I left bar exam prep materials in the car I traded in, and when I asked for help with a sunpass I left in the car, he again went out of his way to help out. Both of these men embody what car dealers SHOULD be. I am very happy and will be returning. Additionally, John in Finance completely understood my position as a recent law school graduate and respected my budget when it came time to sign the final papers, even going and getting further approval for further discounts to make my car affordable and enjoyable for me and my budget. What I found so refreshing was her kind and upbeat personality, she didn't drag out the process. She was serious about selling a car and I was serious about buying. Throughout the negotiation process she maintained that positive attitude which made the experience more enjoyable. Mike Webb knew all there was to know about the features of each car, he took the time to explain them to me, and took me for a test drive of each car. Because he was so knowledgable about each car, I felt I had the information to be able to choose the car that was best for me. I ended up buying the Clarity, and at a very good price. I had been at another dealership to see both cars, and the salespeople there were not anywhere as informed about the features of the car as Mike. More
