You always hear of salesman hounding you while looking for a car and I can honestly say that Delray Honda was the first dealership I've encountered that was a pleasure. My son, who was visiting, is a U.S. Marine was very impressed with Travis and Jay. He owns a Honda Odyssey and even had it serviced at Delray Honda before heading back home to Virginia. Zack Coker, however, stood out WAY above the crowd in terms of professionalism, knowledge of his product, and overall helpfulness. In our first visit, he spent A LOT of time with us explaining all the features and benefits of the Odyssey. We never forgot that experience, so when we were ready to make our decision, we pushed to put Zack and Delray Honda at the front of the pack, and they responded! Thanks also go out to Mark, who took our calls when Zack was not available and who handled a tough part of the negotiations very professionally. Thanks also go out to Mike in finance who represented the "back office" very well. There were many other shorter encounters with other team members, all of which were warm and welcoming.
