Patient, kind and understanding of our needs made it a pleasure to deal with him. Explaining things to an elderly couple who are unfamiliar with technology takes a special kind of person and we were lucky to have had him as our salesman. He explained everything and made it easy to understand. And by offering to return our car to another dealer made things so much easier for us. I am going to recommend Zach to my friends and your dealership is lucky and so much better off to have him as one of your salesmen. More
