He first explained many of the features of the CR V and off we went for a ride. He continued to explain features as they were used which was very helpful.. We then sat down and went over some numbers.. In a short amount of time and with the assistance of Jason came to deal.. Carlos is extremely knowledgeable of the product and easily answered many questions when I did not understand something. I added a few accessories that delayed delivery of the vehicle but Carlos handled the coordination and installation flawlessly. Delivery was a similar satisfying experience..
