This note is to give our appreciation for the service given to us by Mr. Williams. Delray Hyundai did not have the exact model in stock that we were looking to buy. Mr. Williams made arrangements to obtain the car from another dealer. This took several hours to get the car and prep it. Mr. Williams was supposed to go home at 5:00 pm, but he stayed with us, explaining things about the car, etc, until we left at 8:30 pm. Everyone in the dealership was helpful in getting our car as expedistously as was possible. We commend everyone involved in the process, but especially Mr. Williams, a great sales person.
