Were received an online ad from Delray Hyundai ,so I decided to challenge Carlos to give me an out the door price on a 2016 Elantra Value Edition. He came back in about an hour with the best price we had been quoted by at least 1500.The car was ready in 2 days as promised and the deal went through with" NO" aggravation at the price quoted. We have purchased around 8 new cars in our marriage and this was the easiest, fastest, we've experienced. More

Locked out of car again! Took my genesis to the dealership because the car locked with the fob inside it while at a car wash. This is the 3rd time it has locked like this and Took my genesis to the dealership because the car locked with the fob inside it while at a car wash. This is the 3rd time it has locked like this and each time I had to call car road side assistance to pry open the door and unlock the car. When I came in to get the car today I was told problem could not be duplicated and therefore not fixed. The car just spent 3 weeks in the repair shop at this same dealership for other electrical issues, which all turned out to be an open wire in the main computer system. For 3 years I have dealt with multiple electrical problems, none of which they could duplicate and did not attempt to fix. They had told me all these problems should now be resolved. However within a month this problem is back They have passed me around from service person to service person, none of which seem to present when I arrive. Coincidence? They are very friendly and nice, but not even the manager has followed through on what they have promised. Tom is the only service writer that did what he said he would. I just want my car operating properly! More

There was none of the stupid 1970's pressure sales, silly games, or pretending that everything I said was amazing. Just professional, courteous service, addressing what I wanted to address. When I said I needed to go home and discuss it with my wife, I was so thrilled to find he was the first car salesman I have met in Florida who didn't ask "is there anything I can do to earn your business tonight?". Well done Roberto, when I left the dealership, I knew that if I decided to buy the Genesis, it would be from you without a doubt. I came back at 4pm the next day and drove away with my new car that evening. Roberto, you earned not only my business but my recommendation. More
