Went on line to get pricing. Alex Rosa replied promptly and with a competitive price. Other dealers replied, and some wouldn't quote me until I came to the dealership. The entire process of leasing the car appeared effortless as Steve was ready with an answer to all my questions. Dave, in finance was also helpful in answering my concerns. On the day I picked up my car, Steve took the time to explain all the features including installing my bluetooth and garage opener. He then took me to meet the service manager and service assistant. All around it was an extremely stress free and smooth process. More
