When I mentioned my concern about adapting to the many new exciting features and controls which would be new to me, Fred assured me that he would be happy to help in this regard and pointed out to me that the logical extension from my previous car would become habit with use. He followed up by citing some specifics which made sense. I have just started to drive my new car - and am loving it. I visited Delray Hyundai to purchase a new Sonata after visiting another local dealer. I explained to them I did not want to play the typical games and had little time due to my busy surgery schedule. Afte visiting another local dealer. After one day with them, they did everything possible to find the exact vehicle I wanted and at the best price. The one I wanted sold, due to my procrastination...lesson learned. These cars move fast and now I know why. David even remembered why I was purchasing the vehicle and made the right suggestions based on that. I give kudos to these guys. No fancy show room or offices, Just plain good old fashioned customer service. I will buy from them again and highly recommend this dealer for anyone in the market for a Hyundai. He got the form I needed to sign, copied my warrenty and told me it would fax the next day. Then he gave me his card for any questions that I may have. This is the BEST service depatment I have ever experienced. I bought my Hyundai used from another dealer. The first night I had it I ran over shreeded rubber from a truck tire on the highway and experienced. I bought my Hyundai used from another dealer. The first night I had it I ran over shreeded rubber from a truck tire on the highway and it dislodged the front portion of a protective shield under the car which was now dragging. I call the dealership at 11:45am and was told I could come in at 3:00. Unheard of! My car was taken in within minutes of my arrival and 1 hour and 15 minutes later I was given my car bake washed! This dealer is rated #1 for service in the Southern Region (7 state area) and I can see why. Kudos to Ralph and his entire staff! I can't recommend them highly enough! More
