We test drove the car on Saturday and placed it out there on TrueCar to see what the cars were selling for. We made a fair offer based on our research. We were within $300 and they agreed to split the difference. That was handled on the phone with no drama and NO surprises. We came in the next day to pick up our car. Lee, our salesperson was very professional and had all the paperwork ready to sign in advance. He also gave us a link to complete an online financing application in advance. All financing was approved before we arrived. It was simply a matter of going over our warranty and pre-paid services options and signing the financing paperwork. That's it! It took less than an hour to sign everything and drive away in a new car. More
