I would avoid them like the plague. I have never in my life received such attitude and been disrespected as a client by the business owner like I have here. My car was there for 5 weeks and when it was finally ready to be picked up, they couldn't find the paperwork and the owner had the audacity to give me attitude for demanding to leave with the car. They have no respect for their clients, or their time, so if you want to be treated like to owe then something, give them a try, otherwise save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. The cherry on top, they didn't even wash the car after having it for over 5 weeks. More

I was charged for loaner vehicle while my Durango was being serviced for a few days. Over $200. I was told by Dwayne & Roy in service that enterprise does that a lot. It happens often. They never called back after promising it was being corrected. I have the texts msg. I called the managers and left a few voices msgs. I left a compliant with front desk receptionist. No one has responded. I went in person to talk to Roy and was ignored and pushed away this is horrible service. I still Haven’t been reimbursed. Now I’m being forced to seek counsel.
