I just come in for an oil change. But, I always get a color-coded check list. The tires are measured for wear and the brakes too. The air filter is checked, but only changed if it needs it. I just happened to stop in at Dependable Dodge just to look. The guy I bumped into out on the lot gave us all the time we needed with absolutely no pressure. He was exceptionally helpful and very friendly. We told him what we were looking for and within 30 minutes, we went from a sticker price around $35k to an out the door price around $25k. Suzanne and the team kept coming back to us with ideas for more discounts. Needless to say, we bought our first Dodge Ram pickup. Aside from the great treatment, I'm now a hugely converted Dodge fan and may never go back to any other brand. The few times we have had the truck serviced, the Service department has been equally great. Overall, Dependable is one of those places that you just want to tell everyone about because the experience was so great.
