I loved the small Mom & Pop nature of this dealership. there weren't dozens of "vulture" salespeople swooping down on me as i pulled onto the lot. we got down to business without l dealership. there weren't dozens of "vulture" salespeople swooping down on me as i pulled onto the lot. we got down to business without lots of game-playing. the 1-year old Minivan that i purchased came with only one key (it was previously a rental vehicle.) i bought the van and left the lot without a second key. when i got home i realized that, of course, i needed a back-up key. when i called, they first said i would have to pay $200 to make a second key and after a very simple painless conversation they agreed to make a key for me for free. i know a lot of dealerships would have said, sorry, we already finalized our negotiations, you have to pay for a second key. my experience at this dealership was a pleasure. even if you live in a different part of Los Angeles, it's well worth the drive. Pete worked with me to find the best financing available in order to get me in the Charger I really wanted. Unfortunately I had to return the car soon after for some unseen scratch and dent repair, but Pete in order to get me in the Charger I really wanted.
