Briana told me they would call back when their tech line knew what was wrong with my Kia hybrid. After repeated calls to not only Brianna, the manager,as well as the operator, and no one ever calling me bac knew what was wrong with my Kia hybrid. After repeated calls to not only Brianna, the manager,as well as the operator, and no one ever calling me back,I finally got my car fixed at a local dealer close to where I live. My car needed a new cam shaft sensor which was ordered from the Kia dealership. My car was fixed in 2 hours and the cost was very minimal. More

Good customer service. Service rep had trouble listening to me when I tried to tell him of previous diagnosis by mechanic at dealership. After rebooking at issue turns out Service rep had trouble listening to me when I tried to tell him of previous diagnosis by mechanic at dealership. After rebooking at issue turns out the previous diagnosis was incorrect. That was no problem. Rep could have been more polite and listen to me and not talk over me. I don't mind being wrong. I've taken my 2014 Kia Soul to this service three times since I moved to the area. They have been friendly, easy to scheduled and very informative when I need service done.
