My appointment was scheduled for 11:15, I arrived 10 min early and was told my vehicle would be done by 12:10. It was not done until almost 1pm. I went in for new tires and an alignment and when I drove to Boston this week my steering wheel was shaking as soon as I got to 65 miles an hour...I will be calling to make another appointment to have you do to Boston this week my steering wheel was shaking as soon as I got to 65 miles an hour...I will be calling to make another appointment to have you do a correct alignment...I did not notice the shaking prior to my trip to Boston because I did not go over 65 driving locally. Took 5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Had to call 3 times before anyone called back.
