I was disappointed with my recent service visit. My car didn’t pass inspection, and the part needed to resolve the issue was not available. When I was called on a follow up, I expressed my displeasure, and the staff member who called said that she would pass that along to the manager. I have not yet heard anything from them. More

Sent a 2015 Kia Soul, from our used car lot, to Destination Kia for recalls. They performed all the recalls successfully and even replaced the catalytic converter as it had gone bad due to one or Destination Kia for recalls.
