To get an appointment via phone was terrible. No one answers the phone until about the 4th time calling back. I had flat tire and the service technician could not find the leak thus I took it to No one answers the phone until about the 4th time calling back. I had flat tire and the service technician could not find the leak thus I took it to another dealer and they found found the issue. Mike, my main service contact however was great and very accommodating. More
