Communication was very spotty and getting a response was not easy in the 43 days it took to do my car. It was a constant run around. Both break fluid and coolant were at the low line and car was filthy upon pickup atleast my old dealership would detail for me with service. I reached out the next day and they could have cared less. The only good thing that came out of it was the A+experience I had with a sales guy. If I didn't already know how undervalued the service center treats you, I would return for a new car, but I am not inclined to do business again. More

I was totally overwhelmed trying to search for a car in today's market. I was also apprehensive about auto dealerships taking advantage of me. When I walked into Destination Kia, the young ladies who work today's market. I was also apprehensive about auto dealerships taking advantage of me. When I walked into Destination Kia, the young ladies who work at the front desk and greeted us were very helpful and sensitive to our needs. The entire staff was friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming and disarming. Alexander Batko was our car salesman who is a super guy and fun to work with! We even got into a little sports rivalry! Alexander helped us so much and was readily available to answer our questions and address our concerns. He even called us immediately when a certain car arrived that we had inquired about. We put money down on that car but then decided on another car several days later. Adam in the business office was great also and allowed us to transfer our deposit to the other car. Adam was extremely honest with is in what we needed in extras and what wasn't really necessary. Because of the integrity of this dealership and the incredible service we received from both Alexander and Adam, my husband and I plan to purchase our future cars from them! More
