This is my first experience with this dealership. Based on how my tire treads were wearing, they suggested doing a tire balancing. The car only has 16,000 miles on it. The treads should not be wearing unevenly, but that did not seem to concern anyone. My advisor was professional and kept me updated. I am not convinced that they completed the rotation that was part of the package. I had a distinctive ding in on of the rims and it was not moved, however, I didn't notice that until I got home. More
