Attempted to do a Lease buyout, Jon seemed bothered about having to help us. When we asked questions, Jon didn’t know the answers, saying he was just the messenger that was his answer to this particular ques having to help us. Jon pretty much told us to go through Kia Corporate for lease buyout, telling us we could find that phone # on the Kia website. Did not feel welcomed for the first time ever at this dealership that I have done business with many times. More
