Good professional staff. Waited in wait room, clean, free bottled water, clean restrooms. I was able to wait comfortably until work was completed. I could have used better advise on what add on services I need which ones I don't. I was offered a fuel induction which is needed for cars after 60k miles but mine only has 30k miles on it. I know dealerships make money on seeling additional services but trying to sell me something I don't need doesn't build trust. Instead I would have appreciated being told you do not need this service and it would be a waste of money at this time. To me that builds trust and encourages me to keep bringing my car back to kia. More
